How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within the stated return period. Please get in touch with us to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return shipping label via email for you to print. You may send the item back to us using this label at no extra cost. Once we receive and process your returned item, the corresponding payment will be refunded as per our standard procedure. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods due to a higher volume of requests.

Please do not return items at your own cost without prior confirmation. Unarranged returns are hard to link with your order and account, which will slow down the entire return handling process.

When preparing your return package, please place the item in its original packaging and use an outer shipping carton to ensure it arrives in good condition.

Who covers the return shipping costs?
